- Whether it is a handbag or an accessory item, the authentication of every piece is reviewed and inspected to ensure that its details meet with the manufacturers established standards of quality in: stamping, stitching, hardware, authenticity stamps, date codes, serial number (where applicable), materials and craftsmanship.
We stand by our authenticators and the authenticity of each item we sell and we offer a lifetime return policy should any item we sell prove to be non-authentic.

Our team of brand expert authenticators does a thorough and detailed authentication of every item that comes through our doors. Each item is authenticated by an expert in that particular brand. Most resale companies have one or two authenticators that evaluate all of the brands that they sell. Our certified specialist partners recognizes that with authentication, the devil is in the details. There are nuances particular to each brand that necessitate that we curate the best and most skilled authenticators for each and every individual brand that we sell.
LAYAWAY PLAN PROGRAM
In order to place an item on our THE FASHION FETCH LAYAWAY PROGRAM. It must be listed on our list for a minimum of 10 days and a 15% down payment must be made at the time of purchase. Please note that we are unable to split payments on the initial 15% down payment. The Reserve must be paid in-full within 180 days from the date of initial payment. THE FASHION FETCH does not allow extensions on Reserve items. In the event that your Reserve order is canceled, returned, or expires, we will retain ten percent (10%) of your purchase price amount. As a Reserve customer, you are able to determine your own payment schedule and even schedule recurring auto-payments (Weekly/Bi-Weekly) within your account.
RESERVE LUXURY LAYAWAY
THE FASHION FETCH Reserve Luxury Layaway (Handbags & Jewelries) allows you to buy an item using payment installments over time so you can buy that must-have bag now even if you don't yet have all the funds available.
You will have 180 days to pay the balance and the item will be sent to you after the final payment is complete.

How it works.
Buying a luxury item on Reserve has never been easier! Shop around and email sales@thefashionfetch.com and give them the product name and item number of the product.
Easy right? Additional payments can be made or scheduled at any time just speak to our sales specialist to open the payment program for you on how to special your auto-payments.
There is a 10% cancellation fee of the purchase price for all Reserve items that are cancelled, returned, or not paid in full before the 180th day.
Note: Items are available for Reserve after they have been on the website for 10 days.
